Abstract

The work is devoted to the issues of the process of designing a business process. At the same time, a real business process can be represented in different models, in particular in the following forms:

• single-threaded non-integrated business process;
• multithreaded integrated business process;
• single-threaded integrated business process.

The design process for all three types of business process models is divided into three stages: initial, detailed, and final. The work reveals the main conceptual properties of real business processes as a design object, which are important for all stages of design.

In this work, such terms as "business process", "business process", "business process", "business process" are considered to have the same meaning, the same concept. Therefore, all of these terms have been replaced by a single term "business process".
