This paper presents the development of a web-based prototype for secure storage and preprocessing of cardiological medical images. The system includes modules for uploading DICOM files, performing basic preprocessing, and securely storing patient data with role-based access control. Built with the Django framework, the application follows the Model–View–Template architecture to ensure modularity and scalability. The prototype was tested using open medical datasets and demonstrated stable performance in scenarios typical for diagnostic workflows. The system addresses both technical and ethical requirements for medical data handling, aiming to support digital transformation in healthcare.
