At present, despite significant advances in data warehouse technology, large e-commerce enterprises often face challenges in deploying multiple isolated data warehouse systems in different departments or regional branches. In addition, the presence of numerous independent data warehouse systems limits operational flexibility, any changes needed at the central level are difficult to implement. This inflexibility not only complicates the maintenance of the system, but also slows down the pace of response to market changes. Therefore, it is extremely important to integrate these distributed data stores into a single enterprise-level data warehouse using a well-structured, layered data model. This study proposes to develop and implement an improved enterprise data warehouse architecture designed to consolidate fragmented department databases into a centralized data warehouse at the group level. By integrating multiple business intelligence (BI) tools with real-time monitoring systems, this solution not only increases data transparency and optimizes analytical processes, but also creates a more flexible and cost-effective data infrastructure for the organization.
