Abstract

Communication is the process of obtaining all relevant information, interpreting that information, and effectively distributing the information among the individuals who may need it. The purpose of this paper was to determine whether communication can be a fundamental area of project management. The second goal was to determine whether communication can be considered as an area that unites and coordinates various project management processes and identify the prob-lems of non-effective communication.
