The article discusses the position and duration of low-orbit satellites over the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the intervals of their appearance and methods of orientation µa to create a radio monitoring system based on low-orbit satellites to determine the coordinates of terrestrial radio sources. The calculations were carried out using the program for modeling the
satellite movement in the Earth orbit "TRASSA-OMIR". The results of this work will be provided as recommendations for the creation of a satellite radio monitoring system in the Republic of Kazakhstan
