Abstract

The article discusses the relevance of the development of the foresight system, analyzes foreign and domestic examples of creating a forecasting system in the scientific and technological direction, taking into account the role of forecasting in the university management system. Based on the analysis of the formation of technological structures by the countries of the world, the level, and possibilities of the formation of Kazakhstan in the mass technological world are shown.
