Abstract

This article considers the use of a hybrid model in studying the impact of socio-economic factors on regional development. This approach combines correlation analysis, principal component analysis (PCA), and fuzzy logic. The purpose of the study is to develop a model that takes into account multidimensional and nonlinear relationships between factors such as population, employment, and fixed capital investment, and to assess their impact on regional socio-economic processes. The main data used were the population (431,192 people), average monthly wage (2,658,658 tenge), fixed capital investment (1,646,258 tenge), and employed population (1,929 thousand people). The results of the study showed that population has a positive impact on economic processes, its impact coefficient is 3.28, and the impact coefficient of fixed capital investment is 3.44. The hybrid model allowed us to estimate the impact of each factor with high accuracy. The use of this method helps to improve regional economic development strategies and make data-based management decisions. The research results demonstrate the importance of hybrid methods for regional development policy, as they allow for a comprehensive analysis of regional socio-economic trends and increase the reliability of the results.
