Abstract

This article presents the development of a prototype electronic device for reading Braille documents (Braille panel). The main design schemes are given: software and hardware design. The main characteristics of the equipment are described, the procedure for integrating a text image, converting text to Braille and displaying characters using electromagnetic relays is described.
