The article analyzes the impact of small Starlink satellites in nongeostationary
satellite orbit on the GSO KazSat-2 satellite network of the Republic
of Kazakhstan. The planned and developed constellations of small satellites in
a non-geostationary satellite orbit are studied, the characteristics of the Starlink
non-geostationary satellite constellation technology from SpaceX are considered.
Calculations of EMC of non-GSO starlink on the GSO network of the Republic of
Kazakhstan KazSat-2 were visualized.
