In the modern world, it begins with the understanding that information technology plays a decisive role in the life of society. Increasing dependence on digital systems leads to an increase in cyber threats, which requires the development of effective tools for their detection and prevention. With the increase in the volume and complexity of network traffic, new problems arise for security systems. Cybercriminals are continuously improving their attack methods, making them complex and difficult to find. In this context, network traffic analysis becomes an important tool in the arsenal of cybersecurity professionals. With a detailed analysis of the data transmitted over the network, it is possible to detect not only active cyberattacks, but also attempts to prepare for them, such as port scanning or spreading malicious code.
The purpose of this work is to develop a method that allows to effectively analyze network traffic in order to detect signs of cyber threats.
