Editorial ethics of the of "INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES" at International Information Technology University" JSC, is based on the requirements of the Law "On Science" of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 407-IV dated February 18, 2011, and generally accepted ethical principles supported by community of publishers of scientific periodicals. It adheres to the international standard of ethics for scientific publications developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Along with this, it recognizes the experience of authoritative international journals (Scopus (Elsevier), etc.).

To improve the quality of scientific publications, it is recommended not to publish deliberately false information, and avoid plagiarism, etc. Authors must strictly adhere to the basic principles of ethics, intellectual integrity and justice. If the editors discover violations of ethical standards regarding published articles in the journal, in further actions they will be guided by the recommendation of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE https://publicationethics.org/core-practices) (or its alternative).

The editors plan to achieve recognition of scientific achievements in the social environment. Author, scientific editors, reviewers, and members of the editorial board of "INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY" are obliged to unconditionally adhere to the principles, norms and standards of publication ethics. Compliance with ethical principles is important to ensure and maintain the quality of a scientific journal, and to create trust and respect between participants.
