Abstract

The development of education already requires the influence of human capital. It is necessary to change the educational environment itself, and not just to increase the volume of educational resources, the content of education itself, its methods, tools and environments must change qualitatively, a transition to Smart-education is necessary. It is necessary to develop such competencies as analytical skills, complex problem solving skills, innovativeness - the ability to develop
new ideas and their implementation, intercultural communication skills, as well as a project approach.
