Abstract

The article discusses the features of using podcasting as a distance learning form for student journalists. The author describes the specifics of the application of this technology in educational activities, and also analyzes the features of podcasts as a relay of scientific information for students and teachers. The expediency of using podcasting for both lectures and practical classes
is substantiated. The podcast format acquires particular relevance in teaching the course "Radio production". Students acquire practical skills in content formation, editing materials, and improving speech skills. In the process of distance learning, podcasts are an effective form of self-education. This allows you to use this technological format in career guidance work, improving media education skills, and conducting various trainings.
