This study proposes effective ways to organize an online survey based on the use of the modified Delphi method in order to collect and analyze the opinions of participants in the educational process. The article describes how to automate the collection and processing of expert assessments by integrating decision-making support systems and online survey platforms such as Google Forms. In the course of the study, a model was developed that takes into account different interval assessments of experts, allowing them to bring their opinions into agreement. The proposed method is an effective tool for assessing the current state of the educational process, predicting the direction of development and optimizing management decisions.
