The article discusses approaches to the development of industrial monitoring systems based on the integration of MEMS accelerometers into microcontroller platforms. The purpose of the study is to design a universal system for sensor data transmission with high reliability, low latency, and scalability within the IIoT framework. The hardware platform is based on the STM32F407VGT6 microcontroller (STM32F4 Discovery) and a three-axis LIS3DSHTR accelerometer connected via the I²C interface. A UART-based transmission protocol was developed to ensure compatibility with higher-level systems. Digital signal processing methods included filtering (moving average, median, Kalman filter) and primary vibration analysis. The obtained results confirmed noise reduction and the ability to detect early anomalies related to component wear. The novelty of the study lies in the use of a low-cost modular architecture for industrial monitoring, while its practical significance is demonstrated by applicability to predictive maintenance systems and digital twin technologies.
