The journal accepts research papers in the following areas: information technology, communication technology and information security, digital technologies in socio-economic systems.
The editorial policy of the journal is aimed at popularization of the results of new developments of Kazakh and foreign scientists in the field of information and communication technologies, and actualization of publication activity of experts and young scientists.
Mission of the journal:
To provide conditions for open scientific discussion, with domestic and foreign researchers, publicly accessible on the Internet; to facilitate the exchange of experience and dissemination of research results and new scientific developments in the scientific community; to involve doctoral students, applicants, young specialists, teachers, students, undergraduates and researchers in the publication of scientific articles.
Objectives of the journal:
- to publish original high-quality scientific articles that have not previously been published or submitted for publication in another journal;
- to cover the results of new achievements in the field of information and communication technologies;
- to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding copyright and the provisions generally accepted in world practice on publication ethics.
Journal articles are registered in the Cross Ref database, each article is assigned a DOI (the Digital Object Identifier), which is used to access electronic documents for citation purposes.
The journal is indexed in the Kazakhstan Base of Citation (KazBC) of the National Center of Science and Technology Evaluation (NCSTE).
The editorial board of the journal includes leading Kazakh and foreign scientists with H-index of at least 3.
Articles are posted on the website of the journal in one of three languages (Kazakh, Russian, English). Abstracts must be in three languages.
Verification of the originality of articles is carried out in the StrikePlagiarism licensing system based on the agreement with the company.
The journal is open to cooperation with domestic and foreign scientists, research centers and teams.
Publication frequency – 4 times a year.
