This article presents a quantitative approach to modeling the process of recruitment and evaluation of personnel. In this work, there are theoretical aspects of personnel selection and analysis of foreign experience. The fundamental models of binary choice, the solution of which was implemented using artificial neural networks are also considered. There are mathematical models, methods, formulas and equations presented. Analyzed and researched how to improve recruitment methods by means of their automation.
