Automation of business processes is becoming a key factor in the development of the banking industry. This study is devoted to the analysis of the impact of automation on the efficiency and competitiveness of banks. The paper examines the main trends of automation of business processes in the banking sector, as well as analyzes successful cases of the introduction of automated systems. Special attention is paid to the impact of automation on the quality of customer service, reducing operating costs and improving decision-making efficiency. The study also includes an assessment of the risks associated with automation and the development of recommendations to minimize them. The results of the study can be useful for bank managers, software developers and financial market regulators to make informed decisions in the field of business process automation.
