The article discusses some aspects of building a system for assessing the quality of distance learning and considers the main groups of quality indicators. To identify the factors that determine the quality of education, it is proposed to study the dependence of the quality of distance learning on the characteristics of each component of the distance learning system. An optimal methodology for assessing the quality of education has been developed to improve the educational process.
