. This research aims to investigate the components influencing professional students’ perceptions of their online learning experiences and to evaluate the quality of online learning in relation to student satisfaction. The study employed structural equation modeling (SEM) and partial least squares SEM (PLS-SEM) analysis. A purposive sampling method was used to select respondents, comprising 3,206 students from various vocational schools in Kazakhstan who participated in an online survey. The findings indicate that communication, digital media, interaction, facilities, and instructional support directly affect the quality of online learning. To ensure that students have a positive online learning experience, institutions offering online education must prioritize these key components for effective implementation. Furthermore, instructors should focus on enhancing the quality of online learning to improve student satisfaction.
